If you are experiencing issues logging into apps from the OneLogin portal using the Internet Explorer Extension please ensure the following:
- You have upgraded to the most recent extension.
- You have .net 4.5 or greater installed.
- Your Internet Explorer settings allow TLS 1.1 and 1.2
- Open Internet Explorer
- From the menu bar, click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab
- Scroll down to Security category, manually check the option box for Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2
