To ensure that your users understand what to do when they try to access an app that they aren't authorized for, you can customize the message that your users see.
- Log in to OneLogin as an admin.
- Go to Settings > Branding.
On the Support tab, scroll down to the Custom Error Message section.
Currently, the only message that you can customize is the one that users see when they try to access an app that they aren't authorized for. It is labeled SOMETHING WENT WRONG...
Click the question mark to view a description of the message.
Click Edit to open the Edit dialog and edit the message.
Note. Although the default message includes
<br/>tags, custom error messages do not currently support html.
Click Preview before you edit it to see the default message and after you edit it to see how your message renders.
- Click Save for the Branding page.
