The Onelogin OTP and Google Authenticator is a time sensitive app. Confirm that the end user mobile device has the correct date/time.

yes. I tried both NITZ and NTP time syncing on my android device and I'm still getting 'Could not validate your OTP' error while trying to register GAuth.

OneLogic OTP app gets registered and works finely at the same time

there is a major flaw somewhere on the GAuth way

this is not the first time I'm seeing this problem

and people around me as well

    good luck

For my users I go in as an admin and view their account. From there I generate the OTP Token that is good for 3 days and the user can then log into the application.

I have this same issue with one of our employees. I have also generated a 72 hour temp OTP to allow access. I have tried an incognito window in Chrome. Tried a different computer. Tried using both Google Authenticator and Onelogin Protect. Nothing seems to work. Any solution for this?

    Hey Frankie,

If you are using the Google Authenticator I have found that it will sometimes get out of sync with the server. You can go into the Google Auth application, open settings, hit 'Time correction for codes' and then 'Sync now'. This will fix the issue with that application.

I'm having the same problem. "Could not validate your OTP" is what I keep getting. I've tried every combination of everything I read about and could think of. All my co-workers were able to authenticate without a problem, I spent over an hour with the IT department and they couldn't figure it out. I really need this for work related access so any help would be appreciated as I'm falling behind now. I went so far as to wipe my device completely, thinking there might be some conflict with other apps causing the issue - no luck.
