Entitlements are not Refreshing for an App

    To 'Refresh' entitlement for a provisioning SAML app do the following:

     

    1. Navigate to apps->company app and select the app in question. 

    2. Then select the 'Provisioning' tab and click the 'Refresh' link.

    3. To confirm if the entitlement refresh was successful navigate to activity->events you can see the start and finish of the entitlements refreshing. 

    • If you find that the refresh entitlements were successful proceed with provisioning task and or updates needed. 
    • If you find that the refresh entitlements failed click on the message. Below is an example of a failed refresh





    To resolve do the following:

    1. Navigate to apps->company apps and select the app in question.

    2. Then select the 'Configuration' tab and do the following:

    • Confirm the API credentials are correct by using them to login directly into the app admin console. If you need to update the credentials be sure to 'Save' the changes before proceeding.
    • 'Give Consent to Onelogin'
    • Then disable/enable the API. 
    • Finally refreshing entitlements via the link under the 'Provisioning' tab for the app
    • Confirm that the refresh via the events in Onelogin.
