    Hello Chris,

    This exception occurs when the ADC gets a delete notification, from an unselected OU for example, but does not delete the user because the user is within scope of OneLogin.

    Most commonly this is resolved be restarting the Active Directory Connector.

    Having the same issue, restarting the directory connector does not help.
