    Hello,

This is a common scenario and can be easily setup in OneLogin, to add a second instance of an app follow the same steps as you did to add the first app:

    1. Add a company app  APPS > Company Apps > ADD APP
    2. Search for Zendesk and add the app, give it a name and optionally change the icon.

    3. Configure the app settings with the url and subdomain for the new Zendesk instance on the configuration tab.
    4. optionally you can setup roles to decide who can see the new Zendesk app in the portal, or leave it visible to everyone. More information can be found here.

Please let us know if you need any other information or have more questions, thank you for using OneLogin!

    Hello,

You can add the second app the same way you added the first app.  You can add multiple Zendesk apps by repeating the process.  Just do this for as many Zendesk apps / domains as you want.

Simply repeat the steps to add the second app, you can add multiple of the same app, you will just have different configuration details.

Let me know if that works for you.

    Have a great day!

Thats great!, I am glad we were able to help you get both Zendesk apps setup.

Can you explain in detail what you mean by "how do I set them both up for active directory sync"

    Thank you!
