These can sometimes be created using a custom or catalog connector, but currently the browser extension (addApp functionality) does not support auto creating them.  A custom connector will never work if the form has a different identifier on the second page.  Once created, the expected behavior is the first page would be populated and submitted automatically.  The next page loads and the user is presented with the blue bar to login.  Then the next page fills in and submits.

The script has to be written to recognize which page it's on, and the trigger URL regex has to be set up to fire on any of the pages.  Coding/scripting/regex experience is recommended; otherwise, please submit a request and as long as it's publicly facing, we'll investigate as quickly as possible and then let you know if it's ready to use or the reason it's not going to be supported.

Thank you Jaime! I used that method for a few connectors successfully, but I ran into one now where that is not working. What happens is it fills the first form, and the bar appears on the second form, but when I click login it goes back to the first form and submits that again. Do you know what would cause this?

When this behavior shows up and you're positive the script and coding are correct, it's an indicator that the site is disallowing the automatic login process.
