Invalid Signature on SAML Response

    It's possible they created the certificate but didn't apply it to the app in the SSO tab.  Without seeing the account, that's my best educated guess.

    We had a similar  problem. We solved it by making sure that the certificate used the correct SHA(number). Some accept SHA1 and some accept SHA256.
